- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and protective packaging intact. For fragile items (ceramics, glass, etc.), please ensure they are repacked securely.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Exchanges: If an item does not match your home’s aesthetic, we are happy to assist with an exchange for a different piece, subject to availability.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus shipping costs, after our team inspects the item for damage.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
